2Succeed, a program of the Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD), assists consumers to find employment while at the same time providing area businesses with dependable, productive and motivated employees. By working together, both the employee and the employer can successfully meet their goals.

2Succeed provides a variety of vocational services to maximize a successful placement.

Vocational Assessment : In depth interviewing, aptitude and interest testing, and on-site evaluations are used to assist in selecting a job goal.

Transitional Employment : Job sites within MHCD or with community-based employers are used to explore a particular career or to receive additional on-the-job training.

Job Readiness : Individualized training is provided in completing job applications, resume writing, interviewing, appropriate dress, time management, and professionalism on the job.

Job Coaching : A job coach can be available for an indefinite period of time to act as a liaison between employer and employee in order to ensure a successful placement.
